Promotion Start Date: 7.30am EST on 01/02/2025. Promotion End Date: 5.30pm EST on 31/03/25. This promotion specifically promotes for customers to book and complete a car service & go into the draw to win: $5000.00aud. To Enter: Participants must book & complete a car service at Le Mans Toyota Deer Park or Tottenham. The service must be completed and paid for in full by 31/03/25 for the entry to be valid. Services includes all Toyota Service Agreement services and non-Toyota Service Agreement services. Offer available to all private and bronze service bookings, offer excludes Gold and Silver Fleet service bookings. The prize is as follows: $5000.00 transferred into with winners chosen bank account. How to Enter: After completing a service at Le Mans Toyota the customers details will automatically be entered at the time of the close of the service job. If a customer does not wish to enter, they must advise to opt -out at this time. Opt-in for marketing: Le Mans Toyota will use the contact details to inform winners and provide updates related to this Promotion. Image Release: If the participant agrees, their image may be used by Le Mans Toyota for promotional purposes (e.g., on social media platforms such as Facebook). Participants can request removal of any image used by contacting Le Mans Toyota. Data Management: Participants can choose to "opt-in" to receive promotional communications from Le Mans Toyota. If they do so, their details will be added to the Peter Kittle Toyota marketing database. They can opt-out at any time. If the participant does not opt-in, their contact details will be discarded after the promotion ends. Winner Announcement: The winner will be contacted via telephone within 48 hrs of the close of this promotion. The winner’s image and first name will be announced within 30 days via the Le Mans Toyota social media channels. Unclaimed prize draw: The prize must be claimed within 14 days of the Prize draw. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winning prize is not claimed within 30 days of the prize draw a re-draw will be completed and the re-drawn winners’ details (first name, postcode) will be published on the Le Mans Toyota social pages. By participating in and or submitting an entry into the promotion, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for entry into the promotion, entrants must (unless otherwise stated) be individuals who are over eighteen (18) years of age during the promotion period and reside in the State of Victoria, Australia. Cancellation Clause: If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
