Apprentice Mechanic/Technician

Are you keen to undergo an apprenticeship that will lead to obtaining a trade with the ability to travel and work anywhere? We are currently looking for Apprentice Technicians for our Deer Park & Tottenham dealerships.

Automotive Technician/Mechanic

Le Mans Toyota, a large automotive dealership group in Melbourne, we are committed to provide excellent guest service to our customers (car buying and servicing made easy!) whilst providing our staff with opportunities to excel and grow in their careers.

Currently we have opportunities for experienced Automotive Technicians/Mechanics to join our Service departments located in Deer Park.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing mechanical service and repair work 
Carrying out a wide range of diagnostic roles and completing repair orders to the manufacturers & dealership requirements
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through professional servicing work. 

Skills & Attributes:

Qualified Automotive Technician 
Current Drivers Licence with the ability to drive manual vehicles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A Team player

Parts Interpreter

Le Mans Toyota is a family-owned business operating in Melbourne under the Peter Kittle Motor Group, which has had locations spanning across Victoria, South Australia, and the Northern Territory. Since 1988, we have been working to the mission of car buying made easy! Our customers are at the core of our business, and we aim to provide a seamless experience for every individual. 

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join the Parts team at our Deer Park dealership as a Parts Interpreter. 

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting and building strong customer relationships through high quality customer service that focuses on providing effective and accurate interpretation. This includes but is not limited to:

Identifying and recommending parts to guests
Ordering parts from warehouse and external suppliers
Courteous handling of both face to face & telephone enquiries
Follow-up and resolve guest requests and issues
Preparing invoices & other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
Keeping sales records updated
Receive and process all monies when applicable

The successful applicant will: 

Have previous experience in a parts environment
Working knowledge/ability to identify make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment
Skills to manage a multi-task workload and work efficiently under pressure 
Working knowledge with computers
